If you would like to contribute photos to our website,

All photos uploaded become the property of Kare Youth League
and will be reviewed by our staff prior to being displayed on our website.

Please be patient for our staff to approve the photos.

Titles, Descriptions and Tags

You can use the subject line to give your photo a title and the body to add a description
You can also add additional tags to the photo by putting the word "tags:" in the subject line or body of the email followed by a list of tags you want added to the photo(s).

Here's an example:
I want to upload the following image titled ck7.gif on my computer with the following information:

Title: Club Kare at the Aquarium

Description: check out the cool crab!

Tags: Kare Youth League, Club Kare, Aquarium of the Pacific, crab, ck
Tags are used to create a searchable database for all our images.
The more information you include, the better it will be!
You can include things such as the collection you want the photo in,
the name of the set, your child's team, division, year, etc.

Step #1:
Create a new email with the following information:

Be sure to attach the photo.
You can attach multiple pictures if you'd like. If you do this, please leave the subject line blank and the description in the body of the email blank. Otherwise every photo will be given the same title and description. If you leave it blank, the file name for each picture will become the title for the photo which would be better than each photo having the same name. Be sure to add "tags" to the body that describe every photo in your set. If you are confused, please just email one photo at a time :-)

Step #3:
The photo will appear on our website after being reviewed by our staff. It will look like the following with all the proper labels and tags:

members for organizational history, records, information, publicity, promotional or
advertising purposes.
